We are more than just a restaurant
Rozzi’s started in 2007 when I packed up everything from FL and moved to CT to reopen Rozzi’s. I knew that with my restaurant experience and with some grit and determination I could make this thing a go! I loved the hometown feel of Thomaston, it reminded me of where I grew up in WI so it instantly felt like home. I knew that I would be able to find the perfect staff for Rozzi’s and that’s exactly what I did, Next, I put together a menu and before you knew it we were OPEN.
One of my favorite things is watching your kids grow up! It’s amazing to think when they first walked through the door they were 4 years old and are now off to college. We look forward to you bringing you family and friends in when you’re back in town.

This place is a gem in Thomaston, I met a friend from the church after service and we had a great meal. I had the avocado, applewood bacon & cheese omelet and he had the Thomaston Firehouse burger. They both hit the spot.
